Cash for cars
Cash for cars,
Cleveland-wide
Real cash — not a cheque in the post, not a bank transfer that clears Tuesday. Paid at the curb before your car goes on the truck.
Three steps, one afternoon
- 1
Tell us about the car
Year, make, model, ZIP, and whether it runs. Sixty seconds on the phone or through the form — no account, no haggling, no runaround.
- 2
Get a real cash number
We quote from what the car is actually worth in Northeast Ohio — parts demand, weight, and title status. The number you hear is the number you get.
- 3
We tow free, you get paid
Same-day pickup across Greater Cleveland. Cash, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App is in your hand before the truck hooks up. We handle the paperwork.
Cash, and three other ways if you prefer
Most sellers take cash, zelle, venmo, cash app. Whichever you pick, it happens before the winch runs — never after, and never by post.
This matters more than it sounds. The most common complaint about national car-buying services is payment arriving days later, or arriving lower than quoted once the driver has "inspected" the car. Neither can happen if you are paid on the spot by the person who quoted you.
The only thing that changes a number between the call and the curb is if the car turns out to be materially different from what was described — a missing engine, say. Describe it honestly and the number holds.
What neighbors say
Every one of these is a real Google review. Ronnie answers them himself.
“In a pinch needing our truck towed, Ronnie came to the rescue. Didn't wait long, the whole process didn't take long, probably less than half hour. Will definitely use services again.”
“Our driver is Mr. Strap King! Vehicle made it to the destination securely without any issues. Very professional, and the time and pricing was very efficient. Driver also arrived with a flatbed so I didn't have to worry about my vehicle being dragged through these 216 streets.”
“Ended up with a flat tire in a parking lot. I called SO many companies before Ronnie was able to assist. He showed up, changed the tire and saw there was a screw in it. He said if I wanted to save the tire he had a shop nearby — drove there and he and his associates fixed it and put the spare back. He saved my butt in a very unfamiliar part of town.”
“Great service!! Professional and honest! Ronnie is a cool guy. RDB's doing good work out here!! Many blessings!!”
“Ronnie and his crew came highly recommended by CJ Graham Towing Services. I had them snow plow and salt and I could not be more happy. I highly recommend them!”
“Was to me in 15 and got me and my vehicle to our destination safely. Very fast and efficient, thank you!”
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the title to sell my car?
Usually, but not always. Ohio lets us buy some vehicles without a title depending on age and condition, and we handle duplicate-title paperwork for free. Call (216) 355-6164 and we'll tell you straight away which applies to you.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same day is the rule, not the exception. Call before 4pm and we can usually get a truck out the same afternoon anywhere in Cuyahoga County. After hours, we come first thing the next morning.
What if the car doesn't run at all?
That's most of what we buy. Blown engine, dropped transmission, flood, fire, collision, sitting eight years with a flat battery — it all still has value in parts and weight. It does not need to start, steer, or roll.
How do you pay?
Cash · Zelle · Venmo · Cash App — your choice, handed over before the car goes on the truck. We never mail a check and we never pay after pickup.
Is towing really free?
Yes, everywhere we serve. Driveway, street, garage, body shop, impound lot, apartment complex. The tow is never deducted from your offer.
Where are you based, and how far do you go?
5010 Fleet Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105, in Slavic Village. From there we run all of Cuyahoga County and out across Northeast Ohio — Parma, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Strongsville, Lakewood, Medina, Lorain, Elyria, the east-side suburbs, all of it. If the deal is right, distance is not the problem. Call (216) 355-6164 and ask about your town.
My town is not on your list. Do you still come?
Yes. The city pages are there so people can find us, not to fence off where we go. If you are anywhere in Northeast Ohio, call (216) 355-6164. And if we genuinely are not the right outfit for your job, we will point you to someone in our network who is — we would rather refer you than leave you stuck.
Is this the same company as other businesses called "Ronnie's"?
No. This is RDB's Towing & Auto — RDB's — at 5010 Fleet Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105, owned by Ronnie Butcher Jr. Several unrelated companies trade as "Ronnie's" in other states, including motorsports dealers and towing companies. None of them are us, and none of their phone numbers reach Ronnie. Our only number is (216) 355-6164 and our only website is ronniebuys.com.
Do you do more than buy junk cars?
Yes. Towing and recovery, roadside assistance — jump starts, lockouts, flat tires, fuel — and snow removal in winter. Call (216) 355-6164 and ask.
Do you buy more than one car at a time?
Yes. Fleet sell-offs, dealer lot cleanouts, insurance write-offs and charity-donation overflow are welcome. Call (216) 355-6164 for volume pricing.
Question not here? Call (216) 355-6164 — the shop picks up.
